- Rick was Founding Pastor of Cuyahoga Valley Church just outside Cleveland, Ohio. He now serves on the Training Team with the Send Network of the North American Mission Board. On a limited basis, he serves as a Navigator with Auxano helping churches gain clarity on mission, values, strategy, marks, and vision. He is available for speaking engagements.
